The service
Baytuna provides shared household organization features, including calendars, lists, tasks, routines, budgets, documents, household records and an optional AI assistant. Features may change as the service develops.
Accounts and households
- Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- Use only accounts and households you are authorized to access.
- Household owners and adults are responsible for invitations, member roles and the content visible to household members.
- Tell us promptly if you believe an account or household has been accessed without permission.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the information and files you add. You give Baytuna permission to host, process, display and synchronize that content only as needed to operate the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or share.
- Avoid storing unnecessary highly sensitive information.
- Keep your own copies of content you cannot afford to lose.
- Respect the privacy and rights of other household members and dependents.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another household without authorization.
- Do not disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not use Baytuna to distribute unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
- Do not use automated methods to scrape the service or bypass usage and security limits.
Baytuna AI
Baytuna AI may misunderstand requests, omit context or produce inaccurate information. Review every answer and proposed action. The assistant cannot replace professional medical, financial, legal, safety or emergency advice. Baytuna requires confirmation before applying assistant-proposed household changes, but you remain responsible for the result you approve.
Budgets, health and household records
Budget tools are for household organization and are not banking, accounting or financial-advice services. Child, pet, health, maintenance and safety records are convenience tools and are not professional records or emergency services. Verify important information with the appropriate professional.
Baytuna Premium subscriptions
Baytuna Premium is an automatically renewing subscription purchased through Apple. The price, billing period, trial eligibility and renewal terms shown by Apple at purchase apply. Only a household owner can purchase, restore or manage Premium; members inherit the owner’s access subject to their existing role permissions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. After access expires, existing Premium records remain readable and existing files remain downloadable, but new Premium writes and uploads are blocked.
- Manage or cancel the subscription through Apple’s subscription settings.
- Deleting Baytuna does not cancel Apple billing.
- Each Apple account may redeem only one introductory offer in the subscription group, subject to Apple eligibility.
Third-party services
Some features depend on services such as Supabase, RevenueCat, OpenRouter, Open Food Facts, OpenStreetMap, Open-Meteo, AlAdhan, Apple and Expo. Their availability and results are outside Baytuna’s direct control, and their own terms and policies may apply.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Baytuna reliable, but the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal or product reasons. Where practical, material changes will be communicated in advance.
Ending your use
You may stop using Baytuna or delete your account at any time. Owners must transfer household ownership or explicitly delete the household before their account can be removed. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel it in Apple’s subscription settings first if you do not want billing to continue. Baytuna may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or address serious violations of these terms.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Baytuna is provided “as is” and “as available.” Baytuna is not responsible for indirect losses, decisions based on inaccurate information, or content entered or shared by household members. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
